CSM Live x British Airways | Six Nations Fan Village
As Senior Producer for CSM Live (now Wasserman) on the British Airways Six Nations activation at Twickenham, I oversaw the development and delivery of a fan zone experience designed to elevate BA’s role as the Official Airline Partner of England Rugby.
My remit covered all aspects of production, from concept design and partner coordination through to on-site logistics and execution during England home fixtures. Working with cross-functional teams, we brought to life two branded hospitality lounges, the BA Lounge and the Avios Lounge, along with multiple interactive rugby-themed challenges that engaged thousands of fans prior to kickoff. The activation combined immersive brand storytelling with live engagement, delivering measurable results including high lounge usage and strong participation in fan challenges.
The campaign reinforced British Airways’ commitment to rugby and large-scale sports partnerships while positioning CSM Live, now Wasserman, as a leader in stadium-based brand experiences. Spanning multiple match days, the project left a lasting impression and established a new benchmark for Twickenham fan activations.
